This is the standard display that comes with most Bafang kits.In my opinion, it is the most reliable of all of them. While it is not a color display it gives you all the information you need at a glance.
Please note: If you have the 3 button model (above) the password is 0512. If you have a square 5 button model the password is 1919.
This is the same as the 3 button C965 but has 5 buttons instead of three. The password to set speed and other setting is 1919.
Here is a color display for the Bafang mid drive motors. Very similar to the DPC-18 and usually sells for a bit less. All of these displays fit both the BBSHD motor kits and the BBS02 motor kits.
When it comes to the displays with color the DPC-18 seems to be the most popular but I lean towards the DPC-14 as my favorite.
This display is very helpful on electric bikes in places where you cannot use the standard place for a display on the front/center of the stem. This displays is placed up by the grip/throttle area on the bars. We use it often on builds that have long handlebars, or when the normal spot for a display is inaccessible. It is a very nice display. The downside to this display is it causes on to take their eyes off the road to read the information. Taking one's eye off the road for is always a bad idea.
This is the Bafang BBSHD 1000 watt motor and it is a beast. It is heavier and more expensive than the BBS02 750 watt but if you plan on doing challenging off road cycling then you might want to consider this motor.
This is the most popular mid drive motor in the world and for good reason. They are simple to maintain and very powerful. The Bafang Company of China produces and sells over one million of these motors annually. That is more than all the other electric motor companies combined.
Apologize for the older manual. A PDF for a newer manual is difficult to find.
